Major Additions & Renovations
Western School Division has completed the intial design for the following projects for Morden Collegiate Institute. These projects are both preparing to go to the tendering stage. Construction is anticipated to begin in the early fall of 2021.

Morden Collegiate Institute
A three classroom addition will be added to the north-west corner of MCI. This will include basement, ground level and 2nd floor classrooms. The 2nd floor classroom is designed as an additional science lab.Ҵýapp This addition is approximately 3700 sq/ft.
A permanent home for the school's Piping Trades Program will be built on to the exisitng Welding Education Program. ҴýappThis addition is approximately 5400 sq/ft.
New K-8 School
We are currently in the design phase for a new K-8 school at a site in the NW corner of Morden. This school will built to house 600 students and will be able to support future additions to house a total of 800 students. It will include approximately 75 childcare spaces.
